Since April 2006 we have had a few large
companies approach us inquiring of investment into our company or a
partnership with our company.
Our intention is to move public allowing
funds for better research and development in the portable power and
energy markets.
We have been introduced to and this has been
briefly discussed with someone who specializes in taking small companies
public.
In the interim we have made a close alliance
with two separate companies with related manufactured products.
Our combined product lines make a great portfolio. Our products
are necessary for and compliment each other. Each company has been
in our facility and have sought guidance from us in the battery
chemistry assembly and charger field which allowed each to secure large
contracts. We will be building the different batteries involved in
those contracts.
They are both also aware of in-progress
discussions within Rathbone Energy and world wide manufacturers of
certain batteries about our specialized abilities which will come to
play over the next twenty four months.
We have not yet recruited a rrgh, dare I
say, attorney firm, to develop partnerships and investment into our
company.
