2008
Names of those new 4th quarter clients who did Credit Card Charge
Backs (CCCB) in the 1st quarter 2008 are coming.

CCCB NSF's. ($1,400.00)

placing client inventory.

assault pictures but the office manager was placed under advisement, (on probation), August
01, 2008.
Non-sufficient Funds in the form of Credit
Card Charge Backs from some of our New clients of the fourth quarter
2007 that did receive their product and apparently, (maybe because of
our economic depression, georgebushit), needed space on their credit
cards in the first quarter of 2008. ($14,000.00 + $1,400.00 NSF's))
Just after the March 23rd event with the
old landlord and new neighbor, we finished removing our client inventory
from the facility on April 05, and I believe, Monday, April 7 this
tractor trailer arrived at 3AM in the morning on our Dead End road.
We are 5 miles in either direction from the nearest I-40 off ramp at the
County line in the middle of nowhere. This driver said his MapQuest told him that his North
Carolina arrival was on this dead end road in Tennessee. He also
said he was only with the company two weeks and was not very good at
backing. His real issue is in one of the pictures with the Vodka
bottle. Client product is now in another facility and we are
renovating that facility. Pictures are in front of neighboring
rental house.
Ongoing landlord and neighbor issues.
Some pictures show some of the damage, other pictures show the on going
problem of our old neighbor blocking both entrances from around 7AM to
4Pm on many days, blocking employees, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, delivery trucks,
and anyone else picking up or dropping off to us. We usually had
to drive shipments to the distribution centers 35 miles away. The
constant leak issues. I have few pictures with the new neighbor
issues. We are now in a different facility and are in renovation.
In pictures 3 & 4, you cannot see where the roll up door has been ripped
from the wall. ($41,000.00 in losses and $160,000.00 in lost sales and
profits, and counting.)

September 22, 2008: Phones out. Why? When
arriving at the replacement facility to pick up a file, I discovered our
telephone lines on the ground and power lines torn from the building.
According to a witness, over the weekend a tractor trailer decided to
cut through my parking lot, caught my power and phone lines, tore them
out, and kept on going. Working on that repair now.
List of credit card charge backs and
abusive clients, soon, if the attorney firm says OK, but they are
frowning.
And of course, I have family members
silently rejoicing at the damages and losses to me.
Even though in the
wilderness with Christ for 40 days, Satan did not bring the anger from
Christ as the Pharisees (Attorneys) and Money Changers (Bankers-Credit
Card Companies, Wall Street). in the temple. At first, I thought
everything was just a very bad economy and economic depression bringing
out the worst in a few people and of course, the banks and credit card
company’s are devils anyway. But, in April I realized differently. My
wife and I are uninsurable and she was forced from her 25 year
employment, high power, high profile, high income position in 1997 to
long term disability. I could have filed for disability in 1997 as well
for other reasons. It was a bad year for us.
In May 08, we
received a cancellation letter from our health insurance carrier and a
“Will Not Re-Instate” statement. Our insulin alone is $3,200.00 per
month. The Post Office lost the Express Mail Payment, always sent very
early. I am hopping doctor’s offices asking for insulin and heart
medication samples. It is clear that there are other forces far
beyond an economic depression at work
against us but the Bible verse, John 3:16, stays on the web site.
