These inserts and the Recell service for battery battery packs are direct replacements, built with the specified 8.8AH (@C\1) rate cells, exceeding industry standard cell packs.

We Do NOT use third world or brand name low end "economical" cells.  We are using the very best nickel cadmium battery cells available, (exceeding industry standards) and High-Tech Plastic Welders.

Battery Cell:  The Saft VRE F 8.8AH Sintered Positive Electrode Fast Charge F cell, exceeding industry standards. This cell is factored at 8.8AH at C/1 rate. Some engineering specification sheets spec Ni-Cd battery cells at 1.25V * 24 cells = 30.0V * 8.8AH = 264WH, with +/- 900 full charge-discharge cycles. Each battery stack is individually insulated by paper tubes for improved durability against hard bumps and elevated temperatures.

The integrity of the pack is achieved by glue (which is injected between each stack) and reinforced tape. Stacks are interconnected with nickel plated weld tabs for extra low resistance. When a complete belt insert is ordered, six stacks are  prepared for quick and easy installation into existing belt carcasses.

The specification charts point out the cells utilized for extended life and reliability.  These belt inserts were designed to be a very durable and long lasting battery pack.
