Battery Analyzers that will place an excellent charge on your batteries. Do you need a Cadex analyzer for your Li-ON batteries? HMI Lights? Battery Charger Repair? Focus Enhancement Firestorm Repairs?

These inserts and the Recell service for your dead Digital ElipZ battery packs are direct replacements, meeting or exceeding industry standard cell packs.

We are using the very best lithium ion battery cells, (exceeding industry standards) available.

Battery Cell: ElipZ 10K: The Panasonic 3.6V, 5.5AH lithium ion cell, exceeding industry standards. 3.6V 2.0AH Series Parallel circuit = 75WH), with +/- 200-300 full charge-discharge cycles and using a CV-CT charge cut-off method .

Opening, Building, Installing, and Closing:

At Rathbone Energy our professional opening, installing, and closing technique is a twelve part process.

Your battery packs are received, assigned new serial numbers, and the paperwork is given to administration so that we may write up your order and then email you the disclaimer that must be signed before we will recell your lithium ion battery packs.
Your battery packs are cleaned.
The case is professionally opened.
Old insert is removed and secured for transporting to a battery recycle company. Cost are incurred for disposal and freight of the old cores.
The electrical / power contacts of your cases are cleaned.
Our lithium ion division is certified in the assembly of lithium ion battery packs.
1. New inserts are built and tested on sophisticated analyzers.
Insert is installed into your existing circuit board wiring harness and tested.
After passing initial test the open battery is placed on an Anton Bauer 2702 InterActive charger with DDM for testing.
1. We will not be hurried in this process. For our safety and yours, please be patient.
After passing those test we seal the case securely and professionally.
The side plate with your name or logo and phone number is attached.
The battery pack looks great, performs great, and is then packed and shipped back to you.
We receive your many complimentary letters or emails, which for us, is a great reward.

Your rebuilder should Never use a permanent bond adhesive all the way around the outside or inside of this case!

For clients shipping large orders we do have a nationwide freight carrier account which has a $60.00 minimum charge. They will pick up your boxes or pallets from your location and deliver to our location at a rate substantially better than UPS, FedEX, or DHL and with quick delivery. As normal you will be charged outgoing and incoming freight but it is a better value for large orders.
