Battery Cell: We use Only the Sanyo N3000CR battery cell. This cell is factored at 3.0AH at C/1 rate, (1.2V * 12 cells = 14.4V * 3.0AH = 43.2WH), with +/- 700-900 full charge-discharge cycles.
If still in business some assemblers will promote another battery cell but what the client does not know to ask is: What is the "C" charge rate? The 3.0 AH cells are really not as durable. You can state a higher amp hour rating by changing the "C" rate. For example to C\2. This does not make the cell a true 3.0AH cell at C\1. Be careful of others who represent the Sanyo N3000C as the N3000CR. They are not the same, it's a profit thing ($$$).
