We Do NOT use third world or brand name low end "economical" cells. We are using the very best Sintered Positive Electrode nickel cadmium battery cells available, (exceeding industry standards) and High-Tech Plastic Welders.

Battery Cell: The fantastic Saft VH CS 3200 , 3.2AH Sintered Positive Electrode, Foam Pasted Nanode, Fast Charge CS cell, exceeding industry standards. This cell is factored at 3.2AH at C/1 rate. some engineering specification sheets spec Ni-Cd battery cells at 1.25V * 24 cells = 30.0V * 3.2AH = 108WH, with +/- 500-700 full charge-discharge cycles. Opening, Building, Installing, Closing, and Welding:

At Rathbone Energy our professional opening, installation, and closing technique is a part process.

Your battery packs are cleaned.
Old insert is removed and secured for transporting to a battery recycle company. Cost are incurred for disposal and freight of the old cores.
The electrical / power contacts of your cases are cleaned.
New inserts are built and tested on sophisticated analyzers.
Insert is installed into your existing wiring harness and tested.
After passing initial test the open battery is placed on a PAG ACS or Cadex Analyzer for testing.
The case is secured.
The faceplate with your name or logo and phone number is attached.
The battery pack looks great, performs great, and is then packed and shipped back to you.
