• Battery packs are warranted from 12 months to 18 months, depending on your selection.

• Higher capacity inserts are the same physical size and offer extended operating time.

  • However, Most Higher capacity batteries have less operating cycles.

• We have manufacturers pdf specification sheets on our web site of all cell options for your comparison at any time.

• If you do not see your specific battery need we probably already have a drawing but do not have the battery up on the site yet.

• If we do not have a drawing this is what we do.

• You ship us one or all of your dead units. 

  • We open the units

  • Make a drawing

  • Work up a specification sheet

  • Take pictures

  • And then we pull each major battery cell manufacturers cell specification sheets for each of their cells of that size

    • Compare all the specifications

    • Select the best cell option supplying the

      • Highest capacity

      • Most charge-discharge cycles

      • Best rapid charge status

      • After all that we work up a price.

• Cell quality comes first, then we look at cost.

  •  The battery cells we use in the assembly of your battery  packs are Panasonic and Sanyo manufactured in Japanese factories in Japan or Mexico or Saft manufactured in French factories in  France or Mexico.

  •  The chargers we sell are manufactured in Canada or Britain.

  •  We DO NOT knowingly contribute to the US deficit to the World Bank of China.
