The Cadex SM2+ Charger combines a
unique state-of-health feature with adjustable
target capacity, universal power supply and fast automatic
detection/charging of SMBus or common type batteries of
Li-ion, NiCd, and NiMH chemistries.
The SM2+ serves both as a charger and quality control
system. Every battery can be used to its maximum service
potential, saving money. More importantly, battery
performance anomalies are identified before they cause
problems. The result is long, economical and trouble-free
service of each and every battery.

Description
Two-bay fast charger for simultaneous service of two
batteries; supports SMBus Level 3; measures state-of-health
against user set target capacity. If capacity falls below
target, user is prompted to apply condition cycle
(charge/discharge/charge). Battery is failed if capacity
does not improve to required target after condition. NOTE:
Battery state-of-health is only available on SMBus
batteries. |
