Rathbone Energy, Inc. offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all broadcast battery rebuild orders.

Your Rebuilt or Recelled Battery

If your battery, recelled by Rathbone Energy, does not work during this thirty (30) day period, please call us and we will send you an authorized RMA form via email.

After we receive your newly rebuilt battery we will inspect the battery and verify that the battery insert is in the same condition as it was when shipped to you we will remove our battery insert and return your battery shell back to you.

Note: We will have to remove our new inserted cells to fully process any refunds.  We are not a free rental house.

Purchased Rebuilt Battery
If your rebuilt battery, that you purchased from Rathbone Energy, does not work during this thirty (30) day period, please call us and we will send you an authorized RMA form via email.

Please complete the form and included with your return battery shipment.  After we have received and inspected the battery and verified that the battery is in the same condition as it was when shipped to you we will respond back to you.

Exemption

We exempt the thirty (30) day refund guarantee when the unit has been subject to misuse; abuse; extreme high discharge rates; extended high discharge rates; repeated high discharge rates; extreme heat; extreme cold; failure to maintain battery with a quality battery charger on a regular basis; leaving battery on a trickle charge for extended periods of time; altered or attempted to be repaired other than by Rathbone Energy, Inc., or any other reason other than simple cell failure or battery pack cell assembly. 

Under no circumstances shall we, (Rathbone Energy, Inc, our officers, or our employees), be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense suffered or incurred with respect to any defective product, non-defective product or use of that product.

No returns are accepted without a return authorization number (RMA) from Rathbone Energy , Inc.  Client may include their DHL, FEDX Express, or UPS Bill of Laden for any return shipping.

Any dispute regarding the thirty (30) day money back guarantee stated above will be governed by the Laws of the State of Tennessee.
