#1:

1. We receive your batteries with your Business card or letterhead which will contain all your current statistical data, ie, business name, your name, phone, cell phone, email, street ship to address, any logo.

   1. You packages are checked for damage, received and checked in.

   2. Your current statistical data, ie., business name, your name, phone, cell phone, email, street ship to address, any logo should be in the box.

   3. Receiving generates a paper trail which is taken to administration where your account is created.  Someone in sales will generate a sales order and email you a PDF file of your sales order along with a credit card authorization and disclaimer form.  Verify the sales order, complete the credit card form and disclaimer form, sign off on all and fax them  back to our fax number 865-484-1785 which will also accompany the information.

      1. Fortune companies may complete due on receipt credit application and request a limited credit line.

   4. Assigned serial numbers: P & E
   5. Cleaned up: P
   6. Paperwork delivered to front office. P & E
   7. Immediately Disassembled: P & E
   8. Placed in a "hold while processing" queue awaiting signed paperwork and payment from the client: P & E
   9. After paperwork and payments are received your shells are placed in an assembly line awaiting assembly of their battery inserts for installation: P & E

   10. The battery inserts are tested, your packs are installed, tested, and complete, packed and weighed, freight charges will be calculated, your card ran, and an invoice created and placed on the box as your packing slip, then picked up by UPS.  You will receive an email copy of the invoice with your tracking number.
