Information Coming Soon:
Briefly:
- My wife: Type 1 at 21 years of age and now for > 25 years.
Extremely Insulin Sensitive.
- Myself:
- Type 2 at 30 years of age and now 44. Extremely Insulin
Resistant. Was taking > 375 units of insulin per day.
- Heart attack at age 38, lay dead for +/- 20 minutes, long
term recovery especially in the synaptic nerve pathways of the
brain. 4 way bypass 7 months later.
- We live daily in the trenches with Heart Disease and Diabetes.
We are on the front lines and have done remarkably well in
fighting this disease of Diabetes.
- We have learned that No Doctor or Nutritionist has correct
answers Unless they personally live with Diabetes. They only
know the miss-information they are taught in school and that is
why most people loose ground very quickly to this cruel
auto-immune disease
- Since the heart attacks it has been required that:
- I give up 5 vile's of blood every 3-4 months to test:
- HC1A, Liver Enzymes, Cholesterol, Triglycerides, and a host
of other lab panels.
- I am required to keep Excel spreadsheets listing each and
every time
- I eat
- What I eat
- How much I eat
- I do a blood glucose test
- The result of the blood glucose test
- The amount of insulin taken
- When the insulin is taken
- All exercise
- My HC1A is +/- 7.0
- Cholesterol: HDL: 122 LDL:42
- Triglycerides: 95
- Insulin causes your body's fat cells to increase thus gaining
weight. Weight gain then requires more insulin. When
placed on insulin, (375 units per day), I gained 72 pounds, going
from 168 pounds to 238 pounds in < 90 days. It took
18 months to get a grip on what was going on and make necessary
changes. I have pulled off 40 of those 70 pounds and am
down to 100 units of insulin per day.
We are doing better than holding our own with this auto-immune
disease. We know and understand the proper diet and lifestyle
required. We have helped many others in the pre-diabetic
stage and the diabetic stage of this disease of epidemic status.
If you would like for us to speak with your group or
organization please contact me.
Expect to supply first class transportation, hotel and food,
location and any needed supplies or support along with your
suggested remuneration.
Sincerely,
Ron L. Rathbone
